Check-in Very helpful. Flights on time. Friendly cabin crew.

Besides the cancellation to Amsterdam from Strasbourg, the staff was very helpful to rebook my flight ASAP.

Air France

First time flying with Air France and have nothing but positive feedback for them. Amazing friendly staff, Comfy seats, lovely sandwiches and drinks for free. Will 100% be flying with them in the future! Thanks for making Christmas one to remember!

Journey from Manchester to Santiago chile

There was a very lenghty delay in Manchester which meant we missed the connection to Santiago. The next flight was in 24 hours. We were booked in a hotel but we had to leave at midday. we then spent 11hours at the airport.

Flight Manchester to Phillipsburg

The flight was spoilt by two children placed in the two seats in front of us while their parents were in business class the children were largely left to their own devices and the mother was particularly rude. Not the children’s fault. The staff were too busy to provide adequate supervision. Spoilt our journey.
