Norwegian Air Sweden

Lovely

Effective crew but dirty plane

Plane took off and landed on time, crew provided a good level of information and service. Plane was not cleaned after the last flight and, as a result, seats and floor covered with crumbs. Also litter on the floor.

Lack of food available on return flight

Great

Very old aircraft. Not comfort at all. Service is ridiculous.

Very very bad. Plus ryan air terrible. They charge me twice.

Comfortable

Lively plane good seats comfortable

Superb Norwegian Air

Wonderful pre and post boarding trip My check in details arrived in perfect timing The whole experience was so unstressful Staff very efficient and amenable 😁👌

bad experience

17.50 to london gatwick delayed new boarding 11.25 pm.then text message to say that too had been cancelled and they would book me on the 07.30 next day but i would have to go back through customs and get my new boarding details from the norwegian desk but they said i could not get on and had to stay overnight at a hotel and would be flying out at 12.25 next day.so as i was leaving the hotel at 08.30 i had a text welcoming me on the 07.30 flight to gatwick at malaga airport i was issued a boardind pass for the 12.05 and eventually took off at 13 30.Norwegian online does not have a compansation page only an out of pocket expence page. so i got home 24hrs after m booked and paid for flight.im am really not happy

Easy flight

The only negative remark I have is I was at the toilet when a menu was handed out and I was never given one. I was asked if I wanted a drink and wasn’t aware there was food available until I saw others eating. It was a very quiet flight with many vacant seats so the staff were not run off their feet. So that was a little disappointing.
