Transavia France

BAD FAITH BAD SERVICE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Everything about this airline is terrible! No Customer Service! No service in any which way! No managers to talk to if you have a problem! They never answer their telephone! Absolutely worst airline ever I would never ever tell anybody to go on this airline! Absolutely stay away stay far far far far away!!!

Rome to Paris

No service even coffee or water, online questions answered with doubt

Un personnel au top

Agréable voyage entre Istanbul et Paris avec un personnel de bord agréable et sympathique.

Delayed and Poor Baggage Delivery Times

Our Transavia flight is delayed both the times. First time, we were made to stand in the queue for over 30mts even before flight opened the doors (we were asked to complete boarding). On Mykonos-Paris flight, there is a 30mt delay and baggage took 40mts to be delivered after landing. We had to miss our connecting flight.

Very good!!!!

Everything was good, on time, service!

Good staff, poor service

Staff were friendly and helpful. However, after the flight was listed as "on time" we boarded the plane and sat on the tarmac for 90 minutes! No explanation or communication as to why. We just kept waiting... and waiting...

On time.

On time direct flights.

Très bien
