The Lugguage assistance too poor !
As it’s the lugguage is allowed to carry only 7kgs , my lugguage weight got 11 and the charge is way too high 550k omgg!!!!

Immigration
Both the arrivals and departures immigration were terrible. For departures, less than 60% of the immigration counters were open, yet people were backed up right into the ticketing area.

I come here often. Vietnam really needs to make a plan to expand the International terminal for guest. It is O.K. to land at your arrival or depart but you don't want to spend a long layover in a terminal with nothing in it.
